Dr. O'Neill and all of the staff at Austintown veterinary clinic were really there for me when my dog Jaggar was dying. I did not know how to make the decision whether or not to put him down and Dr. O'Neill spend a lot of time with me helping me make the best decision for him. They also got me in on several occasions during various emergencies. They have been with me 100% with both of my dogs and I could not think of a better veterinary clinic to go to.

Owned by private equity, and they make you pay for it, too. The people are kind enough, but the prices are outrageous and they push a lot of unnecessary testing.

I used to be with Kerpsack Veterinary Clinic until the practice closed and I received a referral to Austintown Veterinary Clinic. A new vet was needed. I have two cats, and one needed treatment for an ear infection. Appointment was available within a few days. The staff is very professional, organized and highly knowledgeable, and the office location is very convenient. Recommending this vet the strongest way possible. Thank you very much for taking in my cats as patients!
